Where We Ship

11Legacy ships to addresses within the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on all United States orders.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of purchase.

Estimated Delivery

Most orders arrive within 15 to 20 days from the date of purchase. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Please note that tracking information may not begin updating until your package arrives in the United States, which can take several days after dispatch. A tracking number that has not updated yet does not mean your order is lost.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. 11Legacy is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your order has passed the 20-day estimate, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building management, and parcel lockers first, then contact us for help.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the product, and photos of the shipping package.
